3-Month Transform Your Life In 2014

Personal Coaching two times per month.  You set the goals  and I supply the idea’s, the support.  Together we will uncover the blocks and move and through those aspects of your life.   Includes a free initial,Goal Setting Strategy Session.We will meet by phone, Skype or FaceTime.

9 Weeks to Wellness 

This program is for those who have a basic understanding for nutrition and may want to change a few things and explore different ideas around what they eat.  You  are open to changing you diet and exploring.  We meet once every week to 10 days.  This program is for someone who wants to make changes or modifications quickly.  Includes a Break Through Strategy Session. We will meet in person, phone,  Skype, or FaceTime

6 Month Program

This program we meet 2 times per month, it is a slower pace than any other program. We will explore diet, primary foods, including career, exercise, spirituality, relationships.  Includes a Break Through Strategy Session. We will meet in person, by phone, Skype or FaceTime.

Intuitive sessions, energy healing, AromaTouch Therapy and group programs also available.
